What?Yes, we now have twin cars. We had to get a replacement for the Mazda quickly, so we spent a few days hunting down deals, and low and behold, this PT Cruiser was selling for a steal from Car Max. We certainly did not intend to get matching cars and it is incredibly dorky, but who cares? For the first time in our marriage, we own two dependable and reliable cars. I am happy.
Plus this one is newer than mine and cost less. Tell me you would have passed that up.
We bought it while Jeremy was in Memphis, so when we got home, he looked very confused. He got out of the car, and stood looking from one to the other. Then he smiled and said, "Jeremy's car, and Daddy's car - Match!"
Works for me! But, now that I think of it, if Jeremy has a car and Daddy has a car, when does Mommy get one??

Very neat, Brian failed to mention this at the game last night. But, we were, as usual, busy dying. Heck, now I wanna trade in my old pickup for a Cruiser. My mom would be jealous, she loves those cars.
ReplyDeleteI literally laughed out loud when I saw the picture of these two cars together. That is hilarious but I would totally buy two of the same car if it was a good car and a good deal. I think it is really pretty cool!
